Love comes in all shapes and sizes. No surprise there, right? Passionate, wild, hungry, dripping, salty, sweaty, steamy; falling in love is the best thing in the world.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a bunny with curves, a brand new werewolf without much clue what’s happening, a feisty wolverine shifter, a fun-loving house cat or a were-tigress with a short temper for obnoxious men, there’s a big, protective, incredible alpha for everyone… or in some cases, two of them!
Except… sometimes, it gets complicated. Mysterious and magical resorts, dangerous rogue wolves, dentists that get just a little too excited and start growing hair in funny places, a couple of bears who might be terrorists, and a tiger with a bad attitude?
Gulp. Things could get REAL complicated.
In places where the only rules are Pack rules; in towns where shifters and witch doctors rub shoulders; on exotic vacations where only eagles dare, and on planes where a wolverine shifter is sandwiched between two of the sexiest bears she’s ever imagined, you’ll never have more fun, or get more steamy, seductive, incredible paranormal romance in ONE PLACE at ONE LOW PRICE.
From our pack to yours, enjoy these incredible novellas, and keep howling for the moon!

Overall I enjoyed this anthology. Several of the authors were new to me, and I always like finding new authors, especially shifter authors. Now into specifics on the stories.
Bear Your Teeth, by Lynn Red. This is the second book I’ve read by Lynn and I liked it lot better than the first. That being said, however I found the hero hard to like. I adored Paprika, the heroine. She was feisty, funny and quirky, but Thor I just didn’t get. He ran so hot and cold, he needed an faucet. I never did understand his motivation. He finally gives into his heroine and I still don’t understand why he left in the first place or came back. So, sorry, while I liked the story overall, It still fell flat for me.
To Screech Their Own, Marina Maddix. A mysterious island where only shifters can go to vacation. Sounds great right? The staff has one cardinal rule, “Don’t fuck the guests” Well you can just see how that ill go wrong. I loved this story, Katie was a housecat shifter, different to start with, and Arnaud is an Eagle, you’d think he would look at her as a snack! Well he wants to snack on her all right, but not in that way, lol. To screech hot lots of humor, a little danger and plenty of heat. My only negative, and it’s not really a spoiler, the man who runs the island,Haven is named Mr Roarke… this really bothered me. I kept waiting for Tattoo to jump out and yell “Da plane, boss, Da plane” Be careful how you name your characters Ms. Maddix. JMO
Tiger By the Tail, Jessica Sims. I’m sorry to say Tiger by the Tail was my least favorite of the books in the anthology. Maybe I’m just showing my age,(I’m 50) but Mandy was whiny little baby. She reminded me of my 4 year old grandson, who refuses to eat his dinner, even though he’s hungry and knows eating dinner means he gets dessert. He refuses to eat, because “You’re not gonna tell me what to do!” That was Mandy. She refuses to shift, refuses to except her situation, because she is tired of being told what to do. I understand she was thrust into this without being asked, but grow up and grow a pair. Put your big girl panties on and move forward. Adrian has more patience with her than I would have. He is pretty great, a big warn snuggly kittty. yum.
Bears Repeating, Flora Dare. This was a new author to me and a hot, suspenseful romance. Lot’s of subplots, and a lot of information crammed into a shot story, but it didn’t feel rushed or overdone. Good job, Flora! I liked the supporting characters too and will definitely be looking for more by this author.
Waking Up Were, Celia Kyle. I am a long time fan of Celia Kyle and once again she doesn’t disappoint. Waking up Were has her usual combination of heat and humor. Brenna is a hoot, I love how when he BFF tells her she has joined the “furry” she sneaks out her cell phone to call her friends husband and book her a room a “crazytown.” Too bad that’s where she’s going, because everything she thought she knew has now been turned upside down.
Overall I give On the Growl a Solid 4 heart rating, If you like shifters it’s definitely a read you will enjoy.
